Our People

John P. McGeehan is the managing member of McGeehan Pascale, PLC. His practice focuses on business structures, especially new, emerging, small businesses and not for profit organizations, all business transactions, employment law, real estate, commercial leasing, estate planning and litigation before administrative agencies and all courts. He is in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is rated AV in Martindale-Hubbell's listings. Mr. McGeehan received his undergraduate degree from Kings College, his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and graduate certificates from the University of Virginia and the University of California Los Angeles. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the bars of the United States Bankruptcy Courts, United States District Courts in Virginia, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States and his firm is a member of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and the Commercial Law League.

He has taught business classes for SCORE, Chapter 1, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia Community College and the National Business Institute. Mr. McGeehan is active in many business and civic organizations in Northern Virginia.

​John has a life-long passion for classic cars. In his free time, he enjoys watching classic movies.

Daria is the Business Administrator for McGeehan Pascale, PLC. She is a graduate of Wilkes University and has extensive experience in commercial real estate in the greater Washington, D.C. area. 

Daria oversees the business operations of McGeehan Pascale, PLC, including client files and accounts, and working with the firm’s vendors. Clients should initially contact Daria with respect to questions concerning their accounts and scheduling. Established and preferred vendors should also contact Daria with respect to transacting business with the firm. 

When she is not busy keeping the counsellors organized, Daria enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. 

Robin is the Corporate Records Clerk for McGeehan Pascale, PLC. She is highly skilled and trained to assist our counsellors with corporate filings and compliance with the various agencies and departments with which our business clients are registered and governed. With the oversight of our counsellors, she manages our Priority Business Client Program℠ and helps counsellors during the annual effort to maintain our business clients’ registration and filings with entities such as the Virginia State Corporation Commission. She also assists our counselors  and clients in managing corporate books. Business clients who wish to inquire about the status of a filing or copies form their corporate books should initially contact Robin. 

​She is also the de facto chef and baker for McGeehan Pascale, PLC. In her spare time, Robin enjoys rooting for the Washington Redskins and Capitals.
