John P. McGeehan
John P. McGeehan is the managing member of McGeehan Pascale, PLC. His practice focuses on business structures, especially new, emerging, small businesses and not for profit organizations, all business transactions, employment law, real estate, commercial leasing, estate planning and litigation before administrative agencies and all courts. He is in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and is rated AV in Martindale-Hubbell's listings. Mr. McGeehan received his undergraduate degree from Kings College, his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and graduate certificates from the University of Virginia and the University of California Los Angeles. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the bars of the United States Bankruptcy Courts, United States District Courts in Virginia, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States and his firm is a member of the Virginia Creditors Bar Association and the Commercial Law League.
He teaches business classes for SCORE, Chapter 1, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia Community College and the National Business Institute. Mr. McGeehan was born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, is married to Daria McGeehan and is active in many business and civic organizations in Northern Virginia.
