On Monday, May 4, 2020 the Receiver sent notice to all Parties of his intention to schedule electronic (telephonic or video) hearings on May 29, 2020 on the following matters: A) The Receiver's First Motion for Interim Payment; B) The Receiver's Second Motion for Interim Payment; and C) The Receiver's Motion to Consolidate the Boyar and Tsuchida suits an to stay discover; additionally, this last item includes the Receiver's request that the Court make a ruling as to whether 80% payments may be made to Boyar and Tsuchida pursuant to the Court's December 18, 2019 Order. As an alternative to May 29th, the Receiver is also considering setting the matter for hearing on June 19, 2020, but May 29th is the preferred date that will be used if at all possible.
